The tour departure is not guaranteed until minimum booking numbers of 10 guests have been reached.
The tour departure will be guaranteed or cancelled and communicated to you no less than 61 days prior to tour commencement date.
International flights should not be booked until the tour departure is confirmed and guaranteed.
Should the tour be cancelled by 7th Sense Travel due to not reaching minimum numbers, you may be offered to join an alternative departure date, OR the 50% deposit will be refunded.

Yes, if your partner is female. This trip is exclusively for ladies or anyone identifying as female.
Women have their own interests and travel habits. These tours are curated by woman for woman, incorporating fun elements and activities that we would not necessarily prioritise when travelling with our male partners or families. These tours also explore the lives of woman in the hosting country, creating direct insight into the culture and the woman’s world.
Good mobility and a moderate fitness level is required for activities such as hiking, movement & yoga sessions. Having said that, our guides and instructors are open to work within your abilities and make sure to keep everyone feeling comfortable to participate.
This immersive experience is appropriate for guests 16 years and older. There is no maximum age restriction, but it requires good mobility.
The trip will be confirmed as soon as 10 guests have signed up. The sooner you book, the sooner the departure is confirmed, and you are sure of your spot.
This tour can be booked up until 61 days prior to departure. For last minute enquiries, please do reach out to us and we can review the availability on a case to case scenario.
The deposit is refundable up until 61 days prior to the tour starting date.
The price is calculated on a TWIN sharing basis. In the spirit of making new friendships, we will pair solo female travellers to room together, unless you are travelling with a companion. Your accommodation is based on, charming 3* guesthouses, co-living hybrid hotels and glamping style tented camps. Room types do differ, and most of the time they are not uniform in such smaller accommodation establishments.
Although not everyone will be placed in exactly the same room type, we will ensure that everyone enjoys great comfort and a lovely room.
Yes, this is possible, subject to availability. There are a limited number of single room upgrades available at a supplement.

The tour starts and departs from Cape Town. You should book your flights to Cape Town International Airport.
You should book your flight only once the tour departure is guaranteed. This will take place once minimum numbers have been reached, or at the very latest 61 days prior to the tour starting date.
Alternatively, flight options should be taken with favourable cancellation and refund terms.
You should book a flight with a morning arrival and an evening departure to match the schedule of this tour.

Our set departure tours are available on the published dates only.
